Hi there! My name is Max!

I'm a Product Designer with a mission to create human moments through empathetic design. I enjoy taking on complex problems and turning them into beautiful, intuitive experiences.

​Intuitive design requires a solid understanding of what drives human behavior. Human Behavior is also driven, in part, by thoughts and feelings, which provide insight into the individual psyche. ​

Having transferrable skills in empathy, advocacy and leadership has tremendously influenced the way I take complex problems and solve them.

Previously, at Advance Design Concepts, I was a Product Designer working on the future of electric vehicle experiences. Below, I'll break down some key areas in which I've contributed during my time at Ford.​

Product Strategy

  • Ran cross-functional iteration workshops to ensure alignment of purpose across different stakeholder groups in disparate areas of the business. Developed customer journey maps and user stories, mapped experience value propositions back to key learnings, and laid out for the business what matters most to the
    user.
  • Represented the interaction design craft's interests in project planning and scoping to ensure adequate time is projected and protected for work to be done.
